IT teams around the world have been asked to accommodate a massive surge of remote workers and deploy branch office networks seemingly overnight. Now more than ever, we want to be there for our channel partners to provide the resources, solutions, and support they need to navigate these changes, service their customers and ensure business continuity.
Extreme Networks is taking several steps to support our channel partners including:
- Partner Certification: To support distance learning, 90% of Extreme’s technical certification training is already available through virtual classrooms. We are also extending all active Specializations and Master Specializations as of March 15, 2020, until September 30, 2020, providing partners additional flexibility. Additionally, as cloud becomes increasingly crucial for remote work, we are offering free cloud technical certification training through July 20 that can be completed from anywhere in the world via an internet connection. This creates a free-of-charge pathway to the ExtremeWireless Cloud Specialization, which will unlock additional benefits in the partner program.
- Partner Leveling: All current partner levels will be extended until end of this year.
- Rebates: In Q3/Q4 we will grant alleviations regarding training compliancy to achieve certain rebates. Additionally, we will be reducing the achievement targets for the Diamond Growth Rebate in Q3 and Q4.
