Telia Company's CEO, Patrik Hofbauer, went on to examine how managers can adapt to the changing demands of the labor market and increase a people-centered approach.

Navigating through the (Baltic) waves with Extreme
As part of the quest for finding a formula for a sustainable, open-to-innovation, yet sufficiently risk-conscious organization, Lassi Luukas was invited to share his thoughts on navigating the rough waters of paradigm shift on the digital development journey.
