In the era of remote and hybrid working, where employees access resources from diverse locations and devices, building a secure and productive work environment becomes critical. Together with Kappa Data, we invited new and existing partners alike to dive deep into the new ExtremeCloud Universal ZTNA solution and its latest features!
Acting on the initiative of Kappa Data – our long-term distribution partners in the Benelux, France, and Poland – we recently had a pleasure to meet with multiple channel partners in Breda. The city itself, a frontrunner in digital government thanks to Extreme’s solutions, was an excellent location to discuss the latest regulatory changes and technology trends in the area of cybersecurity.
As a value-added distributor and knowledge center for innovative and reliable network connectivity, security and IoT solutions, Kappa Data experts introduced partners from Belgium and the Netherlands to key changes and requirements stemming from the recent introduction of the NIS2 directive. The primary objective of the new EU-wide legislation is to enhance overall cybersecurity in response to the emergence of new threats accompanied by the adoption of remote and hybrid working models.
To support administrators of enterprise networks and IT systems who are increasingly challenged with ensuring security and reliable connectivity for remote workers accessing digital resources and business applications, Extreme Networks has come up with a novel approach to Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), often called “the next generation of VPN”.
Bert Verschaeve (Innovation & Solution Engineer) and Patrick Banken (Business Development Manager) from Kappa Data gave an insightful presentation on ExtremeCloud Universal ZTNA – industry's most complete zero trust access solution. Everyone had a chance to see how the combination of cloud NAC and ZTNA in a single, easy-to-use SaaS offering, simplifies workflows for network security and management, boosting IT team productivity, reducing troubleshooting time, and enabling easy identification and secure network and application access – even more so with the new, recently introduced enhancements.
Thank you Kappa Data and everyone who joined us in Breda for this insightful workshop and networking opportunity!
