There’s no doubt that advanced data centers are playing a critical role in today’s hybrid cloud and data-driven era. To illustrate that fact, CRN magazine prepared a list of the 50 Coolest Software-Defined Data Center Vendors Of 2021. And yes, Extreme Networks is the top dog once again!

Let’s admit it: data centers were the silent heroes of the pandemic, as they basically kept the business world afloat by enabling millions of people to work and learn from home. Software-defined data centers are driven by automation, artificial intelligence, resource pooling, and virtualization to make facilities more agile and flexible. Innovation around these areas enables organizations to make better business decisions and help companies across the globe digitally transform.

To reflect that trend, CRN magazine broke down 50 coolest IT companies that are shaping the digital world by leading the software-defined data center market in 2021.
