Evolution of RF Maps
RF maps serve as crucial "navigation charts" for wireless network management, offering insights into coverage, signal strengths, interference, and network health. High-density Wi-Fi
High-density Wi-Fi started some years ago in Stadia. Serving 75k people with Wi-Fi needed completely different design principles compared to a regular Enterprise Wi-Fi. With the massive adoption of Wi-Fi to Enterprises, with the evolution of cloud usage in Enterprises applications catalogue, these design principles become more similar. André’s presentation links the needs of Stadia to the needs of modern Enterprises which run a Wi-Fi first strategy and move anything to cloud applications. Different approaches in designing the Wi-Fi network create a complete new output.
